SHIPPING POLICY/ LOST ITEMS
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders, in the U.S.
We aim to ship orders all within 72 hours after orders are placed, if high volumes occur we will ship items all at the end of the week of the placed order usually on a Friday or a Monday. Once orders have been shipped VIXAY is no longer liable for or responsible for lost, held. or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carriers shipping with usps or ups with your order from us, so all shipping issues must be handled between you and the carrier.
